WSET Level 1 Award in Wines
The WSET Level 1 Award in Wines is an excellent introductory course for wine enthusiasts, or for retail, catering and hospitality professionals who wish to be introduced, in a structured way, to wine styles, storing and serving of wine, and food and wine matching.
At least 10 wines will be tasted as part of the course, which takes place over one day on Monday 15 May. All students receive a Study Guide and the day concludes with an examination comprising 30 multiple choice questions.

The one-day course is ideal for anyone with an interest in wine, who would like to earn an introductory qualification. The venue for this course is The County Club Ridgmont Road, St Albans. The County Club is conveniently located within walking distance of St Albans town centre and adjacent to the railway station. A car park is available for anyone using the venue.
