The Hertfordshire Wine School Terms & Conditions

Your booking is not secured until payment is received – all courses and tastings must be paid for in advance.

All bookings are refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the event date. If a refund is requested more than 55 days after purchase date, the full amount will be refunded less a 5% Administration Charge.

Up to 2 weeks prior to the event, you may, if you are unable to attend a course/tasting, send a substitute, or receive a refund voucher that may be used for payment against another course/tasting.

Within 2 weeks of the event, you may, if you are unable to attend a course, send a substitute. No refunds will be provided.

If you do not attend a booked course or event, no refund will apply except under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of  Hertfordshire Wine School.

If you are booked on the 8-week Introductory World of Wine Course, or the 4-week Regional Course – if you elect to miss an evening (minimum 3 working days notice) you may either send a substitute, pick up the missed session on a subsequent Course, or obtain a credit value valid against any of our WLWS Courses and Tastings.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course or event.

For  Corporate & Private Tastings a deposit of  50%  is payable 30 days prior to Tasting date.

We reserve the right to ask any person to leave any event if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable or disruptive to others.

We do not serve alcohol to guests under the age of 18.
